Meet the Paradise Family Dentistry Staff
Michelle Prager
Michelle is originally from Southern California. She attended Palomar College and received her Associates Degree in Mathematics and Science before transferring to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her Baccalaureate degree in Dental Hygiene.
Michelle has worked in the dental field for ten years and when she is
not working she enjoys being at the beach, traveling, and spending
time at home with her family.
Naraith Lopez
Naraith has been a Dental Assistant II for two years. A Mexican native, she is fluent in Spanish and English. She has been with the practice since 2009. She travels to several of our offices to assist where needed.
Her goal is to ensure that all of our patients feel comfortable about the dentistry they desire. She prides herself in delivering this care with a caring gentle touch. She wishes to become knowledgeable in all areas of dentistry and wishes to further her education.
She is a Christian and strives to treat everyone with respect. She enjoys shopping, spending time with friends and family, and helping people.
RiShawna Morrison
She is a graduate of UNC-Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Education. RiShawna has been with the practice since 2010 and has worked in the capacities of Office Manager and Front Desk Associate. She currently schedules all appointments, registers new patients and can answer any questions you have regarding your visit.
She plans to return to school to obtain her Master’s in Public Health Degree and specialize in an allied health field. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and son.
Christina Wolf
Christina was born and raised in Durham, NC but currently resides in Mebane, NC with her husband and two beautiful children. She joined Paradise Family Dentistry in April of 2012 as the Appointment Coordinator/Office Manager. Christina has been in the dental field going on over 3 years. She attended the North Carolina Dental Assistant Training School and graduated in May of 2009. She loves working with patients and giving them the confidence that a beautiful smile provides. She wants to continue working in the dental field and furthering her education. In her spare time she loves to read, shop, and spend time traveling with her family.
Arnica Foulkes
Arnica Foulkes is the Business Manager of Paradise Family Dentistry. She graduated from St. Augustine’s College in 1992 with a degree in Chemistry. In 2004 she completed her Masters in Counseling in Education at North Carolina Central University.
Arnica taught high school for seven years. After her teaching career she worked at Glaxo Smithkline as a Clinical Research Assistant. In 2001 Arnica decided to start a family with her husband and in 2003 became a stay at home mom.
In 2004 Arnica Foulkes opened the first Paradise Family Dentistry practice in Henderson, North Carolina. Since then Arnica has opened three additional offices for Dr. Foulkes and Dr. Mohamed. Arnica enjoys reading, spending time with her kids, and entertaining.
Reesheda Pugh
Reesheda was born and raised in Rocky Mount, NC where she currently resides. She brings to Paradise Family more than 10 years of experience. She began working in the dental field in June of 2001 and graduated from Wake AHEC in 2003.
She is happily married to her best friend, Johnie and has three beautiful boys, Tarris, Nygel, and Xzaiver. She loves spending time with her family in her spare time and looks forward to serving all of your dental needs!!
